The Program Review Committee acts as a resource to administrative, instructional & student services programs to develop their assessment plan and program review. Makes recommendations based on program reviews to President, College Council, and Curriculum Committee.

About the Committee
Charge
In support of the College's Mission and Institutional Learning Outcomes, the Program Review Committee (PRC) facilitates the following: a transparent, broad, annual, and systematic self-assessment of institutional effectiveness, as well as budget planning for instructional, student services, administrative, and operational areas. PRC provides feedback and training related to the program review process. The committee contributes to closing the loop by disseminating resource allocation requests to the responsible committees, informed by both qualitative and quantitative data. The committee reviews its own processes in the spirit of continuous improvement. PRC advises on the inclusion of new programs in the Program Review process. The committee communicates with the campus and the broader community. PRC reports monthly to the Academic Senate and College Council. Summary reports are given out at the end of the calendar year.
